Over the last 20 years, Mike has researched, designed, led, and advised entrepreneurship Ecosystem programs creating economic growth.  He has been an advisor and coach for 45 Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs) on their programming, business models, marketing, operations, management, partnership, fundraising  & outreach.  Mike has designed 20 different entrepreneurship programs for 7 international donors, including developing their programs, budgets, work plans, impact indicators, operation, and management structures. His support and programs assisted over 4,500 ventures to raise over $7 Million. Mike is currently writing a book on Entrepreneurship city economics, and growth and helping to build the Climate Tech Ecosystem in Maryland.  Lastly, he has finished 7 marathons and multiple triathlons, biked from Pittsburgh to Washington DC, and summited Mt. Kilimanjar
