Caitlin is an Academic Program Manger at University of Kansas Medical Center and has over 10 years of experience in education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from John Carroll University and her love of travel was formed after studying abroad in Australia. 

After college, Caitlin was a Peace Corps Youth Development volunteer in Ukraine from 2009-2011. She work in a small village school providing after school programming, assisting with English lessons, and writing grants for new physical education equipment and the installation of new indoor bathroom facilities. She then earned her Master’s in Cross-Cultural and International Education from Bowling Green State University in 2015. She has lived in the U.K. and Australia helping U.S. students to expand their worldview through international travel and loves to see how perspectives can change quickly while abroad. In total she lead students abroad in 6 countries and travelled to about 30 countries in total.
